Can you believe that the semester is almost over? It seems like we were preparing ourselves for the first day of the spring semester just yesterday. Whether you’re a freshman, senior, or somewhere in between, we hope you’ve made memories throughout the past couple of months that will last a lifetime. But just in case, let’s make a couple more!
Maintenance Tips
Here at The Oliver, we provide 24/7 on-call maintenance. That means whenever you have an emergency maintenance problem, you can simply call the office, and you’ll be forwarded to one of our wonderful maintenance technicians who will be there in no time to help you out!
Reminders & Updates
Rent is due on the first of every month and can be paid via check, money order, or online payment.
Water bills are due at the same time as rent and can be combined with your rent payment.
All work orders can be submitted online using your portal account, or by calling or stopping by the office to let us know.
Community Events
National PB&J Day — April 3 @ 9 a.m. — We’ll have Uncrustables PB&J sandwiches available in the office to celebrate this important holiday!
Back from the Break Brunch — April 17 from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. — We don’t know about you, but The Oliver staff is still feeling spring break vibes. Stop by the office and pick up brunch favorites from your favorite staff members to keep the spring break feelings alive.
Ice Cream Social — April 19 from 3–6 p.m. — Sweet treats for our sweet residents. Stop by the office to make your own ice cream treats with your own personal toppings.
Spring BBQ — April 23 from 4–6 p.m. — Residents from The Oliver are invited to attend our Spring BBQ being held at The Armstrong’s pool! Listen to great music and eat great food!
Video Game Tournament — April 27 from 4:30–6 p.m. — Meet CA Alex in the game room for a video game tournament. We’ll be playing Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and snacks will be provided!
April Birthday Bash — April 28 @ noon — Celebrating an April birthday? Stop by the clubhouse to pick up a cupcake and celebrate with your Community Assistants!
